Refund policy

30-day returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number. We’ll reply with the return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items on final sale cannot be returned.
